Not at all functional!!

The website offers some really beautiful homes. Its very easy to maneuver with the filters. Personally, I dont speak Spanish, and struggle when some of the descriptions revert to Spanish. But I just copy and paste in a translation.. So alls good! Great program!

I have tried and tried to get this app to stay on homes for rent and it keeps changing back to homes for sale. Then it also wont even stay in my state. It keeps going from Arizona to the east cost! Worst app for finding a home.

This app is not worth the storage space use age.

This is a horrible app. Way to many pop up ads. And when you finally close the ad out, the property listings are vague at best. Used it for about six minutes then deleted it. Huge waste of time.

There are a MULTITUDE OF FRAUDULENT LISTING OF HOMES TO RENT ON THIS APP...... All these home are actually for sale and the people who are listing these home all say they are the "OWNERS" and you will have to sent money to them... DONT

Some one has hacked your site. I was just about scammed for 3000. I reported to realtor off the real add, they notified authorities. I wrote a letter to Trovit they never answered me back and the add is still there. I guess they only care when they take your money, to use there website to talk directly to owners. lol

Takes the best of all worlds and rolls them into Trovit.

Its cool compared to Zillow. Zillow is more detailed but the same time this app works great!

The search function just launches a web view.....either develop an app or improve the mobile device version of your webpage. Dont do both subpar.

I ran across 2 scammers in one day of searching for a place to rent. Me personally, i dont like that people are even able to be on this app/ website. I dont trust it. I gave it one star because i had to in order to write a review but other than that, i hate it. I dont know what the experience was like for other people but for me, it was disappointing.

As another reviewer said, just go to the website. Everything loads slowly (iPhone 6 user with all updates installed) and EVERYTHING you click on "Requires membership. Free sign up!" No way. Ill stick with Zillow.

First property from the website looked so promising but it turned out to be fraudulent. So disappointing !

I am amazed that they have so many fraudulent ads on this site, beware of duplicate ads. If it is too cheap to be true, it is!

Yup...

Ads are hit or miss. Overall getting an idea of types of properties that come up which is helpful as I begin my search. I also like that Trovit gives school ratings.

I thought I was gonna be renting a house for a good price and in the end it was a fraud! This app should really fix that problem!

This app is full of fake ads. Dont use it.
