App has very unreliable information

Great app for certain areas! Love school info. Next review, planning a move to Murphy early next year , so constantly looking for rental houses! Keep up the great work you do!

Ads make it a bit clunky but otherwise ok.

Its easy to navigate what Im looking for. Sometimes other cities come up, yet that is ok.

Seriously, first place I inquired about is a scam!!!! Does anyone these days expect you to actually send them $2000 and they will send the keys the same day?? I mean come on! This app is being deleted right now!! Horrible!!!

Very deceiving you cant use it without paying for it

I thought this app would give me listings for the area. Not just people who signed up with Trovit Homes. Deleting the app.

Either Trovit.com doesnt care enough to weed out fraudulent listings, or they are fraudsters themselves. We were almost taken for $1200 and Im sure there are many others like us everyday. DO NOT trust any person who responds to your contact request through this site/app. They are not agents or owners of properties, they are criminals. If you do, and you find out its a scam please file a report with the FTC immediately. Here is the scam: The owner of the property claims he has moved away from the area and the reason the rent is low is because he is more interested in finding a good person/family to care for the house. Other agents/brokers tried to jack up the price of his beloved home (that is why Zillow and such have it listed for 3 times the amount). It comes down to what you can pay NOW to secure the property and how quickly. He has a secretary in another state to accept your Western Union wire. Keys will be in the mail the next day.

Better than Zillow IMO.

This site is a scam !!! Avoid it at all costs !!!
