Trovit online search is better than other sites because you can search by number of baths as well as bedrooms. But can’t figure out how to login on app to see my saved properties!

I am trying to do a simple search for a house in Cancun and the app just won’t cooperate. As soon as I choose the 3+ bedroom choice the app just freezes there….

All listings are from like a year ago, ads all over the place, not user friendly (hard to use). It’s not a good app.

This is BY FAR the most difficult and confusing home rental app I’ve seen and I’ve seen them ALL. I’m actually curious if anyone working for Trovit has actually used their own app. It seems like they haven’t.

Point blank simple horrible app do not waste your time or effort move on!!!

I specifically requested Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Rentals, price range and 3+ bedrooms 2+ bathrooms. A price range of $10,000mx - $17,000mx/ month. I get $80,000 commercial lots, price range is so out of it. Photos are next to useless as many are triplicated. Bombarded by emails that are completely irrelevant. Have started looking at reputable realtors like Remax and Century 21.

There are a lot of scammers who download offers and don't even bother to search and investigate them. I was scammed by one of their ads

A waste if time, most listings are unavailable, sold and very rarely get a response. They NEED to publish the date of the listing I am still trying to buy a house, no luck here.

Only months old postings that don’t usually match my set requirements. When I try to get info on even the months old ones, it’s always “no longer available”. Not much point in showing the posts if none of them are still available. Pretty useless app that I’ll be uninstalling right after this review.

I want at least 10 acres with a home on it, off grid, with solar or generator, private, no HOA, no manufactured homes, year round access, good well, and a creek would be great! In Montana, Idaho, eastern Washington or eastern Oregon! What is sent to me is usually only one of my filters!

What’s the point of using the filters to say I’m looking for a house if most of what I’m going to get is apartments, condos, duplexes, and townhomes? I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to try and use this app just to have to slog through a lot of crap that shouldn’t even be in the search.

Why does the app crash every time I try to use it... why? Please fix.

This app stinks. Hard to do anything on it really.

Lack of filters. Makes it incredibly hard to narrow your search to what you are looking for. Can’t see where the homes are located on a map. Not much effort put into it.

Too many listings with 0 - 1 pictures! Really? So many are OK with that? I NEED pictures! Thank you.

Very disappointed that this app has outdated and inaccurate listings. Many have been sold or the link doesn’t exist anymore. Please increase the frequency of however you’re fetching data from the other sites. Great idea. Poorly executed.

I have sent my email and a message concerning homes for rent and I never hear anything back. And for some rentals that’s the only way to get in contact with the landlord

Don’t use this app they want your Credit card information to charge a $35 monthly fee sorry not going to happen

The only thing I found wrong with this app so far is I go through the list and find out it has been bought or in a contract. Please catch up.

Good for finding rentals, but when I try to get more info on a rental or contact the person who listed, it won’t allow me to do so. I don’t get it.

Several challenges: 1) doesn’t allow for filters for basic things such as lot size or types of views or amenities or HOA or not or... I think you get the picture 2) The price range maximum is a variance of $150k between each selection.... seriously? I don’t want to have to scroll though that type of range 3) The majority of the homes on here are either no longer for sale and still showing OR aren’t in the proper area but the name of the city is in another state so they list it too. So, total waste of my time. I shall delete this app and only wish it would not even be in my cloud. How this could have such a high rating is beyond me.

Awful! The worst app to find a home. It crashes constantly and has so many problems. I hate it and am uninstalling ASAP

Not user friendly and appears to be shady. Some people companies just have no ethics!!

It is impossible to unsubscribe from this site. It deserves minus stars. I need to file a complaint

It gave me listings for everything regardless of how many bedrooms I wanted in the filter. It even gave me a listing for Tulsa Street in Oklahoma City when I was trying to stay in Tulsa Oklahoma. It couldn’t tell the difference. There was no filter choice to separate apartments from rental houses and absolutely nothing about walk ability or commute.

This app does an awful job applying the filters you set. Waste of time.

This site is awful. I get emails constantly. I want to unsubscribe but can’t find a way to do it. Help!!

I did a couple of searches and now I’m being overwhelmed by emails and many are duplicates! 30+ a day!! Clicking on their stop alert button takes you nowhere but another search window. There is no way to cancel the subscription that I can find!! HELP!!!!

I estimated about 70% of the listings I clicked led to a $50/month rent2own site while another 15% led to aggregate searches. I’ve Zillow and Zumper and none their listings were on here.

A lot of expired or sold homes still listed but overall decent search engine for real estate

Absolute nonsense! You see a list of pictures at left of homes with A DESCRIPTION & Price. When you select a home it opens up some garbage list of advertising. Ugh. What a sham!

I will not pay, so this app was useless. Now the emails won’t stop! I get several every day. There is no option I can find to make them stop. 😡

I don’t like to pay for additional housing information, the real estate never returned the phone call.

I’ve viewed multiple listings that state they are for rent when in fact they are for sale only. It’s hard to weed through the ads on each listing to find the information relevant to that home. But the first issue I addressed is the primary one- that’s deceptive advertising to list houses as being available for rent when they truly aren’t, or you have to click on a link which directs you to a site where you can’t view crap until you’ve paid for a subscription... no thanks. Ridiculous.

it still makes you pay it’s a waste of time unless you want to spend money and none of this is true. it’s scamming people don’t get this app it’s trash

The best real estate app out there.

Please match ads to real photos, otherwise the app seems shady and untrustworthy...for example, there was one add that beautiful outdoor photo of a home and when you click on that add and study photos, you realize it is really a rundown single wide mobile home, otherwise I like most of the other info

The pictures don’t match the houses, they have OLD house pictures for houses that are for sale; it has a lot of BUGS, not impressed

You have to sign up for several services just to view properties. This app literally made it more difficult to find an apartment. Thanks for nothing trovit.

I will never pay to view listings... this download was a waste of time.

Great app for anyone looking for a good home easy and quickly

They are always sending updates to let you know what's on the market.
